Executive Chef Abri (on the right) from Algeria brings over 20 years of culinary experience to Majestic and has been engaged in the culinary scene in destinations including France, New Caledonia, Turkey, Singapore and Malaysia. He brings a wealth of experience to benefit the Hotel Majestic in Ho Chi Minh City.
Prior to joining the Majestic, Chef Abri was the founder of group Piccolo Mondo – Italian Fine Dining in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur).Chef Abri also holds a degree in the Arts, Management and Culinary Science.
His love is for a simple cuisine but with a special finishing touch!
Assisting Chef Abri is Assistant Executive Chef Mozart from Malaysia.
Chef Mozart (on the left) is an active member of the Malaysian Chef’s Association and Craft Guild of Chef’s (United Kingdom). He is also a consultant and invited chef for the Tourism Board of Malaysia’s food promotion.
Being a team member of the Malaysian National Culinary Team 2001, his team has clinched the Gold Medal award for hot cooking and Bronze Medal for hot display and cold culinary challenge, held at the European Culinary Championship 2001 in Austria, Vienna.
Chef Mozart has a Diploma in Hotel & Catering and also a Diploma in Culinary Skills, with various certifications from the National Restaurants Association, USA and Le Cordon Bleu, France.
Chef Mozart will be working closely with Chef Abri to lead the Hotel Majestic - Kitchen Operations to greater culinary heights.
