CANCELLATION & PAYMENT TERMS
Deposit: 30% of the estimated function cost is required at the time of confirmation for any food & beverage function by cash or credit card at the Hotel Majestic cashier or bank transfer.
  • 7 days prior to your function date: No charge
  • Within 4 to 7 days prior to your function date: your credit card will be billed at 50% of the whole amount
  • Within 3 days prior to your function date: your credit card will be billed at 80% of the whole amount
  • Within 1 day prior to your function date: your credit card will be billed at 100% of the whole amount
